rule redesignated the Hayden area,
which encompasses portions of
southern Gila and eastern Pinal
counties, Arizona, from ‘‘unclassifiable’’
to ‘‘nonattainment’’ for the 2008
national ambient air quality standards

tolerances under the Federal Food,
Drug, and Cosmetic Act (FFDCA).

SUMMARY: The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is correcting a
final rule that appeared in the Federal Register of September 3, 2014
