issuance of an amendment to Facility
Operating License No. DPR–35, issued
to Entergy Nuclear Operations, Inc., for
operation of the Pilgrim Nuclear Power
Station. The proposed amendment

(TS) 4.3.4.b to reflect the removal of the
energy absorbing pad from the spent
fuel pool and the installation of a
leveling platform.
