SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: AGENCY: Background On March 10, 2014, the Department published the preliminary results of the administrative review of the antidumping duty order on CTL plate from Korea.1 The period of review is February 1, 2012, through January 31, 2013. We invited interested parties to comment on the Preliminary Results and received case and rebuttal briefs from interested parties. The Department conducted this administrative review in accordance with section 751 of the Tariff Act of 1930, as amended (the Act). Scope of the Order The products covered by the antidumping duty order are certain CTL plate.
