The Bureau seeks to obtain approval for a generic information collection plan to collect data from purposive samples through controlled trials in field and economic laboratory settings. This research will be used for developmental and informative purposes in order to increase the Bureau’s understanding of consumer credit markets and household financial decision-making. AGENCY: In accordance with 10 U.S.C. 9355, the U.S. Air Force Academy (USAFA) Board of Visitors (BoV) will hold a meeting at Harmon Hall, U.S. Air Force Academy, Colorado Springs, CO, on September 25–26, 2014. On Thursday, the meeting will begin at 9:30 a.m. The meeting is scheduled to close to the public at 3:30 p.m. On Friday, the meeting will begin at 8:30 a.m. and close at 11:35 a.m. The purpose of this meeting is to review morale and discipline, social climate, curriculum, instruction, infrastructure, fiscal affairs, academic methods, and other matters relating to the Academy.
