Notice is hereby given that, on August
1, 2014, pursuant to Section 6(a) of the
National Cooperative Research and
Production Act of 1993, 15 U.S.C. 4301
et seq. (‘‘the Act’’), Sematech, Inc.
d/b/a International Sematech
(‘‘SEMATECH’’) has filed written
notifications simultaneously with the
Attorney General and the Federal Trade
Commission disclosing changes in its
membership. The notifications were
filed for the purpose of extending the
Act’s provisions limiting the recovery of
antitrust plaintiffs to actual damages
under specified circumstances.
Specifically, Inpria Corporation,
Corvallis, OR; and Kurita Water
Industries, Ltd., Tokyo, Japan, have
been added as parties to this venture.
Also, Rohm and Haas Electronic
Materials (Dow Chemical Subsidiary),
Marlborough, MA; ACM, Freemont, CA;
Adeka, Hackensack, NJ; Atotech, Rock
Hill, SC; Qcept, Atlanta, GA; Lintec,
Woburn, MA; Toray, New York, NY;
and Kumho, Chugnam, Republic of

on Employee Welfare and Pension
Benefit Plans; Notice of
Teleconference Meeting
Pursuant to the authority contained in
Section 512 of the Employee Retirement
Income Security Act of 1974 (ERISA), 29
U.S.C. 1142, the 173rd open meeting of
the Advisory Council on Employee
Welfare and Pension Benefit Plans (also
known as the ERISA Advisory Council)
will be held as a teleconference on
September 29, 2014.
The meeting will take place in C5320
room 6, U.S. Department of Labor, 200
Constitution Avenue NW., Washington,
DC 20210. Public access is available
only in this room (i.e. not by telephone).
The meeting will run from 10:00 a.m. to
approximately 5:00 p.m. The purpose of
the open meeting is to discuss reports/
recommendations for the Secretary of
Labor on the issues of (1) PBM
Compensation and Fee Disclosure, (2)
Outsourcing Employee Benefit Plan
Services, and (3) Issues and
Considerations around Facilitating
Lifetime Plan Participation.
