Abstract: Claimants who are under the age of 60 and receiving individual PO 00000 Frm 00130 Fmt 4703 Sfmt 9990 51655 unemployability compensation at 100 percent rate are required to complete VA Forms 21–4140 and 21–4140–1 certifying that they are still unable to secure or follow a substantially gainful occupation because of a service connected-disability. VA will use the information collected to determine the claimant’s continued entitlement to individual unemployability benefits. An agency may not conduct or sponsor, and a person is not required to respond to a collection of information unless it displays a currently valid OMB control number.
