Federal Register / Vol. 79, No. 165 / Tuesday, August 26, 2014 / Notices
should notify Brian Mills as provided
above, with their paper-or-electronic
preference.
EIS Preparation and Schedule
In preparing the draft EIS, DOE will
consider comments submitted during
the scoping period. Comments can be
submitted to Brian Mills either
electronically or by paper copy; if the
latter, consider using a delivery service
because materials submitted by regular
mail are subject to security screening,
which both causes extended delay and
potential damage to the contents. DOE
will summarize all comments received
in a ‘‘Scoping Report’’ that will be
available on a project EIS Web site, and
will be distributed either electronically
to all parties of record or by mailing
paper copies upon request. DOE expects
to issue the draft NECPL EIS in April
2015 and the final EIS in October 2015.
Issued in Washington, DC, on August 20,
2014.
Patricia A. Hoffman,
Assistant Secretary, Office of Electricity
Delivery and Energy Reliability.
