Pursuant to 19 CFR 351.221(b)(4)(ii),
interested parties will have an
opportunity to comment on the
preliminary results of review. In
accordance with 19 CFR 351.216(e), the
Department intends to issue the final
results of its antidumping duty changed
circumstances review not later than 270
days after the date on which the review
is initiated.
During the course of this changed
circumstances review, we will not
change the cash deposit requirements
for the merchandise subject to review.
The cash deposit will only be altered, if
warranted, pursuant to the final results
of this review.
This notice is published in
accordance with sections 751(b)(l) and
777(i)(l) of the Act and 19 CFR
351.216(b) and 351.221(b)(1).

Abstract: The Bureau plans to seek
Office of Management and Budget
approval to collect application
information from LEAs interesting in
partnering with the Bureau to design
and implement a model for training K–
12 teachers to teach and/or incorporate
financial education concepts in their
curriculum. The goal of the Initiative is
to identify ways to improve and sustain
youth financial capabilities by training
and supporting teachers at the LEAlevel to teach relevant financial
concepts. Additional information may
be obtained as described in the FOR
FURTHER INFORMATION CONTACT section
above.
Request for Comments: Comments are
invited on: (a) Whether the collection of
information is necessary for the proper
performance of the functions of the
Bureau, including whether the
information will have practical utility;
(b) The accuracy of the Bureau’s
