The EPA
received two requests to extend the
comment period on the July 17, 2014,
notice of proposed rulemaking for
‘‘General Permits and Permits by Rule
for the Federal Minor New Source
Review Program in Indian Country.’’
Based on the evaluation of those
requests and the level of interest in the
notice of proposed rulemaking, the EPA
is extending the public comment period
for an additional 30 days. The public
comment period will end on September
17, 2014, rather than August 18, 2014.
This will ensure that the public has
sufficient time to review and comment
on all of the information available,
including the notice of proposed
rulemaking and other materials in the
docket.
