licensee requests the Commission
extend the term of the license for the
Saxon Falls Project for five years from
December 31, 2019, to December 31,
2024, to allow the relicense proceedings
for the Saxon Falls Project and Northern
States Power Company’s Superior Falls
Project (FERC Project No. 2587) to occur
simultaneously.
