preamble, the Department of Health and
Human Services amends 45 CFR Part
162 as follows:

2. Section 162.1002 is amended as
follows:
■ A. In paragraph (b) introductory text
by removing the date ‘‘September 30,
2014’’ and adding in its place the date
‘‘September 30, 2015’’.
■ B. In paragraph (c) introductory text
by removing the date ‘‘October 1, 2014’’
and adding in its place the date
‘‘October 1, 2015’’.
