Download as PDF 45182 Federal Register / Vol. 79, No. 149 / Monday, August 4, 2014 / Notices Dated: July 29, 2014. Christian Marsh, Deputy Assistant Secretary for Antidumping and Countervailing Duty Operations. Petitioners timely withdrew their request for the administrative review. Rescission of Administrative Review Pursuant to 19 CFR 351.213(d)(1), the Secretary will rescind an administrative review, in whole or in part, if the parties that requested a review withdraw the request within 90 days of the date of publication of the notice of initiation of the requested review. Petitioners timely withdrew their request before the 90day deadline, and no other party requested an administrative review of the CVD order on certain coated paper from Indonesia for the 2012 POR. Therefore, we are rescinding the administrative review of the CVD order on certain coated paper from Indonesia covering the 2012 POR. Assessment The Department will instruct U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) to assess CVDs on all appropriate entries. For the companies for which this review is rescinded, the CVDs shall be assessed at rates equal to the cash deposit of estimated CVDs required at the time of entry, or withdrawal from warehouse, for consumption, in accordance with 19 CFR 351.212(c)(1)(i). Notification to Importers This notice serves as a reminder to importers of their responsibility under 19 CFR 351.402(f)(2) to file a certificate regarding the reimbursement of CVDs prior to liquidation of the relevant entries during this POR. Failure to comply with this requirement could result in the Secretary’s presumption that reimbursement of CVDs occurred and the subsequent assessment of double CVDs. tkelley on DSK3SPTVN1PROD with NOTICES Return or Destruction of Proprietary Information VerDate Mar<15>2010 17:28 Aug 01, 2014 Jkt 232001 RIN 0648–XD420 Special Accommodations New England Fishery Management Council; Public Meeting This meeting is physically accessible to people with disabilities.
