AGENCY:
Pursuant to the Federal
Advisory Committee Act (Pub. L. 92–
463, as amended), notice is hereby given
that the Federal Council on the Arts and
the Humanities will hold a meeting of
the Arts and Artifacts Domestic
Indemnity Panel.
DATES: The meeting will be held on
Wednesday, August 20, 2014, from 2:00
p.m. to 4:00 p.m.

SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: The
purpose of the meeting is for panel
review, discussion, evaluation, and
recommendation on applications for
Certificates of Indemnity submitted to
the Federal Council on the Arts and the
Humanities, for exhibitions beginning
on or after October 1, 2014. Because the
meeting will consider proprietary
financial and commercial data provided
in confidence by indemnity applicants,
and material that is likely to disclose
trade secrets or other privileged or
confidential information, and because it
is important to keep the values of
objects to be indemnified, and the
methods of transportation and security
measures confidential, I have
determined that that the meeting will be
closed to the public pursuant to
subsection (c)(4) of section 552b of Title
5, United States Code. I have made this
determination under the authority
granted me by the Chairman’s
Delegation of Authority to Close
Advisory Committee Meetings, dated
July 19, 1993.

investment companies to issue shares
(‘‘Shares’’) redeemable in large
aggregations only (‘‘Creation Units’’); (b)
secondary market transactions in Shares
to occur at negotiated market prices; (c)
certain series to pay redemption
proceeds, under certain circumstances,
more than seven days from the tender of
Shares for redemption; (d) certain
affiliated persons of the series to deposit
securities into, and receive securities
from, the series in connection with the
purchase and redemption of Creation
Units; and (e) certain registered
management investment companies and
unit investment trusts outside of the
same group of investment companies as
the series to acquire Shares.

will be issued unless the Commission
