The state’s submission seeks to extend vapor pressure limitations (previously applying to four counties) state-wide, add certain exemptions and streamline the rule by repealing and consolidating certain provisions. There is also a revised definition for ‘‘cold cleaner degreaser.’’ SUMMARY: Comments must be received on or before August 25, 2014.
