ACTION: Proposed Sale Notice for Commercial Leasing for Wind Power on the Outer Continental Shelf Offshore New Jersey. AGENCY: This document is the Proposed Sale Notice (PSN) for the sale of commercial wind energy leases on the Outer Continental Shelf (OCS) offshore New Jersey, pursuant to BOEM’s regulations at 30 CFR 585.216. BOEM proposes to offer for sale two leases. The total area comprising the two lease areas is smaller than that described in the Call for Information and Nominations (Call) (77 FR 22130) that was published in April 2011.
