Disputes.

Type of Review: Renewal of an
information collection.
Background: 14 CFR 17.15 and 17.25
provide the procedures for filing
protests and contract claims with the
Office of Dispute Resolution for
Acquisition. The regulations seek
factual and legal information from
protesters or claimants primarily
through written submissions. The
information sought by the regulations is
used by the ODRA, as well as the
opposing parties: (1) To gain a clear
understanding as to the facts and the
law underlying the dispute; and (2) to
provide a basis for applying dispute
resolution techniques.
Respondents: Approximately 45
protestors or claimants.
Frequency: Information is collected
on occasion.
Estimated Average Burden per
Response: 20.5 hours.
