Endangered Species Act and the joint
agency regulations thereunder at 50

Qualifying Conduit Hydropower
Facility Description: The proposed
project would consist of: (1) A new 12foot-wide by 12-foot-long powerhouse;
(2) one proposed 10.5-kilowatt turbine/
generating unit; and (3) appurtenant
