The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory
Commission (NRC) received and is
considering approval of 11 amendment
requests. The amendment requests are
for River Bend Station, Unit 1; Grand
Gulf Nuclear Station, Unit 1; Dresden
Nuclear Power Station, Units 2 and 3;
Quad Cities Nuclear Power Station,
Units 1 and 2 (two amendment
requests); Donald C. Cook Nuclear Plant,
Units 1 and 2; Cooper Nuclear Station;
Point Beach Nuclear Plant, Units 1 and
2; Watts Bar Nuclear Plant, Unit 1;
Browns Ferry Nuclear Plant, Units 1, 2,
and 3; and Sequoyah Nuclear Plant,
Units 1 and 2. For each amendment
request, the NRC proposes to determine
that they involve no significant hazards
consideration. In addition, each
amendment request contains sensitive
unclassified non-safeguards information
(SUNSI).
DATES: Comments must be filed by
August 7, 2014. A request for a hearing
must be filed by September 8, 2014. Any
potential party as defined in § 2.4 of
Title 10 of the Code of Federal
Regulations (10 CFR), who believes
access to SUNSI is necessary to respond
to this notice must request document
access by July 18, 2014.

adjudicatory employees to advise the
Commission regarding issues relating to
review of the Licensing Board’s Initial
Decision, LBP–14–1. Mr. Harris and Mr.
Rycyna have not previously performed
any investigative or litigating function
in connection with this proceeding.
Until such time as a final decision is
issued in this matter, interested persons
outside the agency and agency
employees performing investigative or
litigating functions in this proceeding
are required to observe the restrictions
of 10 CFR 2.347 and 2.348 in their
communications with Mr. Harris and
Mr. Rycyna.
