Consistent with the requirement that Federal assistance be supplemental, any Federal funds provided under the Stafford Act for Hazard Mitigation will be limited to 75 percent of the total eligible costs. SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: Notice is hereby given that, in a letter
