EPA will address the comment in a subsequent final action based upon the proposed rulemaking action, also published on May 22, 2014. EPA will not institute a second comment period on this action. The revisions will allow the Agency to better track exports of CRTs for reuse and recycling in order to ensure safe management of these materials.
