ACTION:
The Eleven Point Resource
Advisory Committee (RAC) will meet in
Winona, Missouri. The committee is
authorized under the Secure Rural
Schools and Community SelfDetermination Act (Pub. L. 110–343)
(the Act) and operates in compliance
with the Federal Advisory Committee
Act. The purpose of the committee is to
improve collaborative relationships and
to provide advice and recommendations
to the Forest Service concerning projects
and funding consistent with Title II of
the Act. The meetings are open to the
public. The purpose of the meetings is
to review proposed projects to make
recommendations for 2014 Title II
funds.
DATES: The meetings will be held at 6:30
p.m. on the following dates:

7306.30.10.00, 7306.30.50.25,

7306.30.50.55, 7306.30.50.85, and
7306.30.50.90 of the Harmonized Tariff
Schedule of the United States (HTSUS).
The HTSUS subheading is provided for
convenience and customs purposes. A
full description of the scope of the order
is contained in the memorandum from
Christian Marsh, Deputy Assistant
Secretary for Antidumping and
of these parties, referred to collectively as
‘‘Borusan.’’ In prior segments of this proceeding we
have also treated Toscelik Profil ve Sac Endustrisi
A.S., Toscelik Metal Ticaret A.S., and Tosyali Dis
Ticaret A.S. as the same legal entity. See, e.g.,
customs message number 4021306, dated January
21, 2014. Based on information on the record of this
review, we have preliminarily determined that
