The form standardizes information collection procedures for nine categories of individually written requests for miscellaneous determinations submitted to the IRS. ACTION: Notice and request for comment. AGENCY: The OCC, as part of its continuing effort to reduce paperwork and respondent burden, invites the general public and other Federal agencies to take this opportunity to comment on a continuing information collection, as required by the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995 (PRA). Under the PRA, Federal agencies are required to publish notice in the Federal Register concerning each proposed collection of information, SUMMARY: PO 00000 Frm 00103 Fmt 4703 Sfmt 4703 including each proposed extension of an existing collection of information, and to allow 60 days for public comment in response to the notice.
