Pursuant to 21 CFR 1303.13 and 21 CFR 1315.13, upon consideration of the relevant factors, the Deputy Administrator may adjust the 2014 aggregate production quotas and assessment of annual needs as needed. Comments Pursuant to 21 CFR 1303.11(c) and 1315.11(d), any interested person may submit written comments on or objections to these proposed determinations.
