Take notice that on June 4, 2014,
pursuant to section 358.1(d) 1 of the
Federal Energy Regulatory
Commission’s (Commission) Rules of
Practice and Procedure and Order Nos.
889,2 2004,3 and 717,4 Essential Power
Rock Springs, LLC, on behalf of itself
and its affiliate Essential Power
Operating Company, LLC, filed a
request for waiver from the standards of
conduct set forth in Part 358 of the
Commission’s Regulations.
Any person desiring to intervene or to
protest this filing must file in
accordance with Rules 211 and 214 of
the Commission’s Rules of Practice and
Procedure (18 CFR 385.211, 385.214).
Protests will be considered by the
Commission in determining the
appropriate action to be taken, but will
