This zone will be enforced from 8:30 a.m. until 5 p.m. on each day of June 18, 19, 20, 21, and 22, 2014. AGENCY: ACTION: The Coast Guard is establishing a temporary safety zone in the navigable waters of Mare Island Strait near Vallejo, CA in support of the Vallejo 4th of July Fireworks display on July 4, 2014. This safety zone is established to ensure the safety of participants and spectators from the dangers associated with pyrotechnics. Unauthorized persons or vessels are prohibited from entering into, transiting through, or remaining in the safety zone without permission of the Captain of the Port or their designated representative.
