Accessing Information The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) received and is considering approval of three amendment requests. The amendment requests are for Arkansas Nuclear One, Units 1 and 2; Nine Mile Point Nuclear Station, Unit 2; and Wolf Creek Generating Station. For each amendment request, the NRC proposes to determine that they involve no significant hazards consideration. In addition, each amendment request contains sensitive unclassified nonsafeguards information (SUNSI). DATES: Comments must be filed by July 7, 2014. A request for a hearing must be filed by August 5, 2014. Any potential party as defined in § 2.4 of Title 10 of the Code of Federal Regulations (10 CFR), who believes access to SUNSI is necessary to respond to this notice must request document access by June 16, 2014. Please refer to Docket ID NRC–2014– 0113 when contacting the NRC about the availability of information regarding this document.
