Take notice that on May 23, 2014,
pursuant to section 206 of the Federal
Energy Regulatory Commission’s
(Commission) Rules of Practice and
Procedure, 18 CFR 385.206, and section
206 of the Federal Power Act, 16 U.S.C.
824e, FirstEnergy Services Company
(FirstEnergy or Complainant), filed a
formal complaint against PJM
Interconnection, L.L.C. (PJM or
Respondent) requesting that the
Commission issue an order requiring the
removal of all portions of the PJM Tariff
allowing or requiring PJM to include
demand response as suppliers to PJM’s
capacity markets, as more fully
explained in the complaint.
FirstEnergy certifies that copies of the
complaint were served on the contacts
for PJM as listed on the Commission’s
list of Corporate Officials.
Any person desiring to intervene or to
protest this filing must file in
accordance with Rules 211 and 214 of
the Commission’s Rules of Practice and
Procedure (18 CFR 385.211, 385.214).
