AGENCY:
The Veterans Benefits
Administration (VBA), Department of
Veterans Affairs (VA), is announcing an
opportunity for public comment on the
proposed collection of certain
information by the agency. Under the
Paperwork Reduction Act (PRA) of
1995, Federal agencies are required to
publish notice in the Federal Register
concerning each proposed collection of
information, including each proposed
revision of a currently approved
collection, and allow 60 days for public
comment in response to this notice.
This notice solicits comments on
information needed to determine a
claimant’s eligibility for specially
adapted housing grant.
DATES: Written comments and
recommendations on the proposed
collection of information should be
received on or before July 29, 2014.

being made pursuant to Section
3506(c)(2)(A) of the PRA.
With respect to the following
collection of information, VBA invites
comments on: (1) Whether the proposed
collection of information is necessary
for the proper performance of VBA’s
functions, including whether the
information will have practical utility;

Advisory Committee Act, 5 U.S.C. App.
2, that the Veterans Rural Health
Advisory Committee will meet on June
24–25, 2014, in Room 717, 1100 First
Street NE., Washington, DC, from 9 a.m.
to 5 p.m. each day. The meeting is open
to the public.
The purpose of the Committee is to
advise the Secretary of Veterans Affairs
on health care issues affecting enrolled
Veterans residing in rural areas. The
Committee examines programs and
policies that impact the provision of VA
health care to enrolled Veterans residing
in rural areas, and discusses ways to
improve and enhance VA services for
these Veterans.
The agenda will include updates from
the Committee Chairman and the
Director of the Veterans Health
Administration Office of Rural Health
(ORH), as well as presentations on
Delivery Models of Care, Recruitment
