The Order was effective at 12:01 a.m. eastern daylight time on March 17, 2014. The Annex to the Order lists seven individuals whose property and interests in property are blocked pursuant to the Order. OFAC is publishing additional identifying information associated with these individuals. The listings for these individuals on OFAC’s list of Specially Designated Nationals and Blocked Persons appear as follows: Office of Foreign Assets Control Individuals interest from the GSEs in temporary credit and liquidity facilities provided to participating HFAs as a liquidity backstop on their variable-rate debt. In order to properly manage the two programs of the initiative, continue to protect the taxpayer, and assure compliance with the Programs’ provisions, Treasury instituted a series of data collection requirements to be completed by participating HFAs and furnished to Treasury through the GSEs.
