This information may also be used in approved veteran epidemiology studies that study the health impact of nuclear tests on U.S. veterans. Affected Public: Veterans and civilian test participants, and their representatives who are filing radiogenic disease compensation claims with the Department of Veterans Affairs or Department of Justice and require information from the Department of Defense. ACTION: Notice to delete a System of Records.

SUMMARY: The Department of the Army is deleting a system of records 
notice in its existing inventory of record systems subject to the 
Privacy Act of 1974, as amended. The notice is A0350-1e TRADOC, Life 
Long Learning Center (November 15, 2010, 75 FR 69651).

DATES: Comments will be accepted on or before June 23, 2014. This 
proposed action will be effective the date following the end of the 
comment period unless comments are received which result in a contrary 
determination.
