SUMMARY: The Merchant Marine Personnel Advisory Committee (MERPAC) will 
meet, via teleconference, to discuss Task Statement 80, concerning crew 
training requirements onboard vessels subject to the International Code 
of Safety for ships using gases or low flashpoint fuels (IGF Code). 
This meeting will be open to the public.

DATES: The teleconference meeting will take place on June 10, 2014, 
from 1 p.m. until 3 p.m. EST. Please note that this meeting may adjourn 
early if all business is finished. Written comments for distribution to
