relating to the requirement to maintain
minimum essential coverage enacted by
the Patient Protection and Affordable
Care Act and the Health Care and
Education Reconciliation Act of 2010, as
amended by the TRICARE Affirmation
Act and Public Law111–73.
DATES: The public hearing originally
scheduled for May 21, 2014 at 10 a.m.
is cancelled.

SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: A notice
of proposed rulemaking and a notice of
public hearing that appeared in the
Federal Register on Monday, January
27, 2014 (79 FR 4302) announced that
a public hearing was scheduled for May
21, 2014, at 10 a.m. in the IRS
Auditorium, Internal Revenue Building,
1111 Constitution Avenue NW.,
Washington, DC. The subject of the
public hearing is under section 5000A
of the Internal Revenue Code.
The public comment period for these
regulations expired on April 28, 2014.
The notice of proposed rulemaking and
notice of public hearing instructed those
interested in testifying at the public
hearing to submit a request to speak and
an outline of the topics to be addressed.
As of May 12, 2014, no one has
requested to speak. Therefore, the
public hearing scheduled for May 21,
2014 at 10 a.m. is cancelled.

AGENCY:
The Coast Guard is proposing
a change to the enforcement period of a
security zone regulation within the
Baltimore COTP Zone. This regulation
applies to a recurring event that takes
place on the William P. Lane Jr.
Memorial Bridges, across the
Chesapeake Bay, between Sandy Point
and Kent Island, MD. This action is
necessary to protect persons and
property, and prevent terrorist acts or
incidents on navigable waters during
the event. This rule prohibits vessels
and people from entering the security
zone and requires vessels and persons
in the security zone to depart the
security zone, unless specifically
exempt under the provisions in this rule
or granted specific permission from the
Coast Guard Captain of the Port
Baltimore.
SUMMARY:

or before June 16, 2014.
