Needs and Uses: The information
collection requirement is necessary for
deployment processing POCs. The POCs
requires this information to process the
deployment request for a candidate
prior their deployment; this includes
processing their reservation request
prior to travelling to in processing
center. It is also required to process the
candidate’s pay rolls once deployed, if
a candidate deploys based on the in
processing.
Affected Public: Individuals
(Contracting Personnel).
Annual Burden Hours: 5 hr.
Number of Respondents: 100.
Responses per Respondent: 1.
Average Burden per Response: 3
minutes.
Frequency: On occasion.
Respondents are candidates seeking
deployment from TACOM/(and AMC).
The deployment application will
automate the current deployment
process AMC wide and eventually army
wide. It provides an efficient way to
collect, store, and route the deployment
information/forms to respective POC
(supervisor, CRC, ASC, G3 POC) based
on the deployment status. The system
will allow the POC to track the
deployment accurately based on the
date, and given period. The application
will also send notifications to the
candidate, supervisor and G3 POC based
on the Deployment status. The new
application will also control user access
on need to know basis.
