complaint against PJM Interconnection,
L.L.C. and PJM Settlement, Inc.
(Respondents or PJM) alleging that,
Respondents failed to fulfil its
obligation under the PJM Open Access
Transmission Tariff section 10.3 to
indemnify Complainants for its
obligation to third parties arising out of
its good faith performance of a PJM
directive.
The Complainants certify that copies
of the complaint were served on the
contacts for the Respondents as listed in
the Commission’s list of Corporate
Officials.
Any person desiring to intervene or to

accordance with Rules 211 and 214 of
