Information Collection Requirements
This SGA requests information from
applicants. This collection of
information is approved under OMB
Control No. 1225–0086 (expires January
31, 2016).
Except as otherwise noted, in
accordance with the Paperwork
Reduction Act of 1995, no person is
required to respond to a collection of
information unless such collection
displays a valid OMB control number.
Public reporting burden for the grant
application is estimated to average 20
hours per response, for reviewing
instructions, searching existing data
sources, gathering and maintaining the
data needed, and completing and
reviewing the collection of information.
Each recipient who receives a grant
award notice will be required to submit
nine progress reports to MSHA. MSHA
estimates that each report will take

On April 4, 2014, the U.S.
Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC)
published a request for public comment
on a draft regulatory issue summary
(RIS) that restates regulatory
requirements and staff positions on
protection from tornado missiles. The
public comment period was originally
scheduled to close on June 3, 2014. The
NRC has decided to extend the public
comment period on this document to
allow more time for members of the
public to develop and submit their
comments.
DATES: Comments must be filed no later
than June 18, 2014. Comments received
after this date will be considered, if it
is practical to do so, but the
Commission is able to ensure
consideration only for comments
received on or before this date.
