AGENCY:
The New England Fishery
Management Council (Council) is
scheduling a public meeting of its
Ecosystem Based Fishery Management
Committee to consider actions affecting
New England fisheries in the exclusive
economic zone (EEZ).
Recommendations from this group will
be brought to the full Council for formal
consideration and action, if appropriate.
DATES: This meeting will be held on
Thursday, May 22, 2014 at 9 a.m.

section 305(c) of the Magnuson-Stevens
Act, provided the public has been
notified of the Council’s intent to take
final action to address the emergency.

The Commodity Futures
Trading Commission (CFTC) announces
that on May 21, 2014, from 10:00 a.m.
to 4:00 p.m. the Global Markets
Advisory Committee (GMAC) will hold
a public meeting at the CFTC’s
Washington, DC, headquarters. The
GMAC will discuss issues related to the
CFTC’s coordination with foreign
regulators on the oversight of foreignbased (i.e., located outside of the U.S.)
swap clearinghouses and foreign swaps
trading execution facilities.
DATES: The meeting will be held on
Wednesday, May 21, 2014, from 10:00
a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Members of the public
