Property Rights (IPR) Working Group’s
work to determine the feasibility of a

Imaging System as a tool for IPR

utility for trade targeting. Review and
discuss the report on the Bonds
Working Group’s discussions on the

2. The Trusted Trader Subcommittee:
Review and discuss the action plan to
establish the C–TPAT for exports
component under the C–TPAT program.
Review and discuss the subcommittee’s
additional comments pertaining to the
Customs-Trade Partnership Against
Terrorism (C–TPAT) criteria for
exporters.
3. The One U.S. Government at the
Border Subcommittee: Review and
discuss the progress of the Import

Description of the need for the
information and proposed use:
The information is used by HUD and
agencies administering HUD programs
to collect information from laborers and
mechanics employed on projects
subjected to the Federal Labor
Standards provisions. The information
collected is compared to information
submitted by the respective employer
on certified payroll reports. The
comparison tests the accuracy of the
employer’s payroll data and may
disclose violations. Generally, these
activities are geared to the respondent’s
benefit that is to determine whether the
respondent was underpaid and to
ensure the payment of wage restitution
to the respondent.
