Marin, San Francisco, and San Mateo

Woods National Monument and
Alcatraz Island.
Decision Process: As a delegated EIS
the official responsible for approval of
the GMP is the Regional Director,
Pacific West Region. Subsequently the
official responsible for implementing
the new GMP is the General
Superintendent, Golden Gate National
Recreation Area.

Notice is hereby given that, on March

et seq. (‘‘the Act’’), Robotics Technology

Notice is hereby given that, on March

et seq. (‘‘the Act’’), the Institute of
Electrical and Electronics Engineers
(‘‘IEEE’’) has filed written notifications
simultaneously with the Attorney
General and the Federal Trade
Commission disclosing additions or
changes to its standards development
activities. The notifications were filed
for the purpose of extending the Act’s
provisions limiting the recovery of
antitrust plaintiffs to actual damages
under specified circumstances.
Specifically, 68 new standards have
been initiated and 29 existing standards
