Because FEMA has or will be issuing a Revised Preliminary Flood Insurance Rate Map, and if necessary a Flood Insurance Study report, featuring updated flood hazard information, the proposed rulemaking is being withdrawn. Processing for Pipeline Quality Gas—Methane is the principal component of natural gas, which is used for heating and industrial purposes. WMM may be contaminated with air (or other materials) to various degrees when it is released and collected. Contaminants may need to be removed from the methane before it can be sold as natural gas. Other Mine Methane End Uses— New technologies and innovative use of existing technologies are always evolving. its proposed rule concerning proposed flood elevation determinations 
for Natchitoches Parish, Louisiana, and Incorporated Areas.
