VHA must identify the beneficiary, the dates and location required to plan a trip for scheduled or unscheduled appointments, and ensure reimbursement of beneficiary travel mileage is not paid for transportation provided through VTS. The meeting sessions will begin at 8 a.m. each day and adjourn at 5 p.m. on April 23 and at Noon on April 24. The meeting is open to the public. Federal Advisory Committee Act, 5 U.S.C. App. 2, that a meeting of the 
Veterans' Advisory Committee on Rehabilitation will be held on April
