AGENCY:
ACTION:
The Glenn/Colusa County
Resource Advisory Committee (RAC)
will meet in Willows, CA. The
committee is authorized under the
Secure Rural Schools and Community
Self-Determination Act (Pub. L. 110–
343) (the Act) and operates in
compliance with the Federal Advisory
Committee Act. The purpose of the
committee is to improve collaborative
relationships and to provide advice and
recommendations to the Forest Service
concerning projects and funding
consistent with the title II of the Act.
The meeting is open to the public. The
purpose of the meeting is to present,
discuss and recommend project.
DATES: The meeting will be held May
19, 2014 from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.
All RAC meetings are subject to
cancellation. For status of meeting prior
to attendance, please contact the person
listed under FOR FURTHER INFORMATION
CONTACT.
SUMMARY:
The meeting will be held at
Supervisor’s Office, Mendocino
National Forest, Snow Mountain
Conference Room, Willows, CA.
Written comments may be submitted

under 36 CFR parts 218 and 219. The
intended effect of this action is to
inform interested members of the public
which newspapers will be used to
publish legal notices for public
comment or decisions; thereby allowing
them to receive constructive notice of a
decision, to provide clear evidence of
timely notice, and to achieve
consistency in administering the
objection processes.
DATES: Publication of legal notices in

first day following the date of this
publication for projects and plans
subject to administrative review. The
list of newspapers will remain in effect
until another notice is published in the
