Correction.
The Pension Benefit Guaranty
Corporation (PBGC) published a notice
document in the Federal Register on
March 17, 2014 (at 79 FR 14756),
informing the public of its request that
the Office of Management and Budget
(OMB) extend approval, under the
Paperwork Reduction Act, of a
collection of information contained in
its regulation on Liability for
Termination of Single-Employer Plans
(OMB control number 1212–0017;
expires March 31, 2014). This document
corrects an inadvertent error in that
notice.

that the average annual burden of this
collection of information will be six
hours and $2,100 per respondent, with
an average total annual burden of 180
hours and $63,000.

In accordance with 39 U.S.C. 3642
and 39 CFR 3020.30 et seq., the Postal
Service filed a formal request and
associated supporting information to
add Priority Mail Express, Priority Mail,
and First-Class Package Service Contract
2 to the competitive product list.1 The
Postal Service asserts that Priority Mail
Express, Priority Mail, and First-Class
Package Service Contract 2 is a
competitive product ‘‘not of general
