The Department is providing notice of a proposed subsequent arrangement under the Agreement for Cooperation Concerning Civil Uses of Nuclear Energy Between the Government of the United States of America and the Government of Canada and the Agreement for Cooperation Between the United States of America and the Government of the Republic of Korea Concerning Civil Uses of Atomic Energy. SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: This subsequent arrangement concerns the retransfer of 45,445 kg of U.S.-origin natural uranium dioxide (88.00% U), 40,000 kg of which is uranium, from Cameco Corporation (Cameco) in Port Hope, Ontario, Canada, to Korea Nuclear Fuel (KNF) in Taejon, South Korea. The material, which is currently located at Cameco, will be transferred to KNF to be fabricated into fuel pellets at their facility The material was originally obtained by Cameco from Power Resources Inc., Cameco ResourcesCrowe Butte Operation, and White Mesa Mill pursuant to export license XSOU8798. AGENCY: The Department of Energy (DOE) invites public comment on an extension of a currently approved collection of information that DOE is developing for submission to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) pursuant to the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995. The Department of Energy (DOE) has submitted an information collection request to the OMB for extension under the provisions of the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995. The information collection requests a threeyear extension of its Weatherization Assistance Program, OMB Control Number 1910–5157. The proposed collection will collect information on the status of grantee activities, expenditures, and results, to ensure that program funds are being used appropriately, effectively and expeditiously.
