Although the HTSUS numbers are provided for convenience and for customs purposes, the written product description, available in the Issues and Decision Memorandum, dated concurrently with these results and hereby adopted by this notice, remains dispositive.7 Analysis of Comments Received All issues raised in the case and rebuttal briefs by parties are addressed in the Issues and Decision Memorandum, which is hereby adopted by this Notice. A list of the issues which parties raised is attached to this notice as an Appendix.
