documentation, and demonstration
activities.
The dates of the demonstration of the
Identity and Access Management for
Electric Utilities capability will be
announced on the NCCoE Web site at
least two weeks in advance at https://
nccoe.nist.gov/. The expected outcome
of the demonstration is to improve
identity and access management on
electric utility OT systems. Participating
organizations will gain from the
knowledge that their products are
interoperable with other participants’
offerings.

I. Funding Opportunity Description
Purpose of Program: The Professional
Development for Arts Educators (PDAE)
program supports the implementation of
high-quality model professional
development programs in elementary
and secondary education for music,
dance, drama, media arts, or visual arts,
including folk arts, for educators and
other arts instructional staff of
kindergarten through grade 12 (K–12)
students in high-poverty schools. The
purpose of this program is to strengthen
standards-based arts education
programs and to help ensure that all
students meet challenging State
academic content standards and
challenging State student academic
achievement standards in the arts.
Priorities: This competition includes
one absolute priority, one competitive
preference priority, and one invitational
priority. The absolute priority is from
the notice of final priority,
requirements, and definitions for this
program (2005 NFP), published in the
Federal Register on March 30, 2005 (70
FR 16242). The competitive preference
priority is from the notice of final
supplemental priorities and definitions
