AGENCY: ACTION: The Chemical Transportation Advisory Committee (CTAC) and its Subcommittees will meet on April 8, 9, and 10, 2014, in Houston, TX, to discuss the safe and secure marine transportation of hazardous materials. The meetings will be open to the public.
