ACTION: Notice to amend a System of Records.

SUMMARY: The Defense Finance and Accounting Service is amending a 
system of records notice, T7205a, entitled ``Defense Business 
Management System (DBMS)'' in its existing inventory of record systems 
subject to the Privacy Act of 1974, as amended. This system will 
provide a means of reconciling financial records and/or compilation of 
data and reports for management studies and statistical analyses.

DATES: Comments will be accepted on or before April 11, 2014. This
