Existing Site 1 of FTZ 66 will be renumbered as Site 5 of FTZ 214 and existing Sites 1 and 2 of FTZ 67 will be renumbered as Sites 6 and 7 of FTZ 214. NCDOT has accepted such reissuance subject to approval by the FTZ Board. Upon review, the Board finds that the requirements of the FTZ Act and the Board’s regulations are satisfied, and that the proposal is in the public interest. Postponement of Preliminary Determinations DEPARTMENT OF COMMERCE On November 18, 2013, the Department of Commerce (the ‘‘Department’’) published a notice of initiation of antidumping duty investigations of non-oriented electrical steel from the PRC, Germany, Japan, Korea, Sweden and Taiwan.1 The notice of initiation stated that the Department, in accordance with section 733(b)(1)(A) of the Tariff Act of 1930, as amended (the ‘‘Act’’), and 19 CFR 351.205(b)(1), would issue its preliminary determinations for these investigations, unless postponed, no later than 140 days after the date of the initiation. The preliminary determinations of these antidumping duty investigations are currently due no later than March 26, 2014.
