ACTION: Notice of extension of public
comment period.
AGENCY:
The EPA is announcing that
the period for providing public
comments on the January 8, 2014,
proposed ‘‘Standards of Performance for
Greenhouse Gas Emissions From New
Stationary Sources: Electric Utility
Generating Units’’ and on the February
26, 2014, notice of data availability
soliciting comment on the provisions in
the Energy Policy Act of 2005, is being
extended by 60 days.
DATES: Comments. The public comment
period for the proposed rule published
January 8, 2014 (79 FR 1352) and the
notice of data availability published on
February 26, 2014 (79 FR 10750), is
being extended by 60 days to May 9,
2014, in order to provide the public
additional time to submit comments and
supporting information.
ADDRESSES: Comments. Written
comments on the proposed rule may be
submitted to the EPA electronically, by
mail, by facsimile or through hand
delivery/courier. Please refer to the
proposal (79 FR 1352) for the addresses
and detailed instructions.

Comment Period
The EPA is extending the public
comment period for an additional 60
days. The public comment period will
end on May 9, 2014, rather than March
10, 2014. This will ensure that the
public has sufficient time to review and
comment on all of the information
available, including the proposed rule,
the notice of data availability and other
materials in the docket.

GSA is proposing to amend
the Federal Management Regulation
(FMR) by changing its personal property
policy regarding the disposal and
reporting of Federal Electronic Assets
(FEA). The proposed changes are to
provide policy for the safe handling and
disposal of FEA, and make minor
clarifying edits to existing policies.

5, 2014 to be considered in the
formulation of a final rule.
