This is a supplemental notice in the
above-referenced proceeding of Bargain
Energy, LLC’s application for marketbased rate authority, with an
accompanying rate tariff, noting that

blanket authorization, under 18 CFR

requirements of U.S. Forest Service
Section 4(e) condition 6f, incorporated
into the project license as required by
the Order Amending License to Include
U. S. Forest Service Revised Final
Terms and Conditions Pursuant to
Section 4(e) of the Federal Power Act
(issued May 12, 2004), but would
provide additional days of whitewater
recreational flows.
